Where does Alverstone Jewelry deliver to?
All orders are made to order so please anticipate 3-5 days for creation. We currently only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. All Canadian orders are shipped Expedited Parcel and all US orders are shipped Air Parcel via Canada Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship Internationally?
No, unfortunately we are only shipping to addresses within Canada and the United States.
Why does my product look different to the image pictured on Alverstone Jewelry online?
All of our jewelry is handmade and decorated with semi-precious stones therefore the colour of the stones can vary slightly.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
No, unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
If a product breaks within 2 weeks of the purchase date, we will repair the damaged item, free of charge. The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
If the bracelet you ordered does not fit properly, there is an adjustment fee of $10, and an adjustment fee of $20 for necklaces. We have a size chart for reference before purchasing so please ensure you order the correct size as it does take time to take apart and re-make the jewelry.
