We are currently shipping Canada-wide via Canada Post. You will receive notification once your items have been shipped. A tracking number will be provided with the Expedited Parcel shipment method.

If a product breaks within 2 weeks of the purchase date, we will repair the damaged item, free of charge. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
If the bracelet you ordered does not fit properly, there is an adjustment fee of $10, and an adjustment fee of $20 for necklaces. We have a size chart for reference before purchasing so please ensure you order the correct size as it does take time to take apart and re-make the jewelry.
